All instructors at Heritage Baptist Bible College believe in and teach from the King James Bible.  Our mission is to educate you from God's word.  

Local

No need to leave your local church to pursue a degree in Theology.  You can attend our college locally or remotely and receive the same degree.

Affordable

Tuition Rates:
$50 for students wishing to earn credits
$20 for students wishing to audit a class, but not receive credits

Heritage Baptist Bible College is on of the avenues that we use to teach the word of God to believers.  Our instructors are two of our assistant pastors, Dr. Kris Dawkins and Bro. Clark Herring.  Dr. Kris Dawkins oversees our bible college ministry.  

 

Our bible college meets on Monday & Tuesday nights from 6:00-8:30 p.m.  

Dr. Kris Dawkins received his Bachelors and Masters from Grace Baptist Bible Institute, under Dr. Lee Davis.  He received his Doctorate of Theology from Advance Bible College.  He has been an assistant pastor at Heritage since 2014.  Dr. Dawkins teaches our Seasoned Saints Sunday school class, and he and his wife (Sis. Amanda) oversee our Master Clubs ministries on Thursday nights. To contact Dr. Dawkins, click here 

Bro. Clark Herring received his bachelors and masters while attending Victory Baptist Church (North Augusta, SC), under Pastor R. Larry Brown.  He pastored for six and a half years in Eatonton, GA.  Before pastoring, he served as the youth pastor at Heritage for 4 years, and now serves as one of our Assitant Pastors.  Bro. Herring teaches our Mighty Men Sunday school class. His wife (Sis. Jessica) serves as one of our secretaries for our christian school. To contact Bro. Herring, click here.

Pastoral Epistles (3 credit hours)

 

This course is a study of I Timothy, II Timothy, and Titus. Scriptural instruction from the Apostle Paul to two young preachers.

Ruth (3 credit hours)

This class is an in depth look into the book of Ruth. Special focus is placed on the three main characters: Naomi, Ruth, and Boaz. The story of redemption is shown throughout.

Hermeneutics I & II (3 credit hours each)

 

The science of Biblical interpretation and principles of Bible study.

Course I includes includes the dispensation principle, the covenant principle, the ethnic principle, and the discrimination principle.

Course II includes the numerical principle, the application principle, the gap principle, and the three-fold principle. 

Gospel of John I & II (3 credit hours each)

 

Course I is an extensive exegetical study of John, including a study of the life and teachings of Christ that are distinctive to this book.

Course II serves as a follow-up to the first class, this class is made up of a chapter by chapter look at the book.

Apologetics (3 credit hours)

 

The study of learning to defend your Christian faith and beliefs.

Word Studies (3 credit hours)

This course is a study of select words from the Bible and looks at their meanings and uses in the Bible.
