Sunday night we were all challenged to win souls. Everyone in the service purposed to present the plan of salvation to at least one person this week. Some are doing it every day but for sure one person will hear about Jesus Christ from you this week. If you witness to one person then you have given that person the opportunity to get saved but if you don't witness to anyone then no one has has the chance to accept Christ. The more you present the gospel the more people you will see get saved! "But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully." 2 Corinthians 9:6. The law of sowing and reaping is right whether you are talking about your giving, sin, or soul-winning!

It is amazing that every church service you attend at Heritage Baptist Church you leave thanking God you came! The best news ever is that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for our sins, was buried, rose again on the third day, and is alive and well and willing to save you today!!!

September 12, 2010- Super Sunday Night- Many people come on Sunday mornings but some have never attended a Sunday night service. We want to use this night to introduce you to the great Sunday night services we have every week! You will love the old fashioned preaching and singing. This is a special night because we will be voting on John Palmer and Barry Marbut becoming deacons here at Heritage Baptist Church. We will have the Heritage Ensemble singing and many other specials. After the service we will enjoy a great meal together.

September 27- October 8, 2010- **TWO WEEK** Old Time Religion Revival. Old fashioned, spirit-filled preaching will stir your heart and change your life. October 24, 2010- SUPER SUNDAY Come and be a part of one of the highlights of our year. We are praying for 800 people to be in attendance for our morning service. Pastor Hopkins will be preaching and you can look forward to the Lord moving in peoples hearts. Everyone is invited to stay afterward for a great meal and loads of fun and games for the children.

November 14, 2010- New Member Dinner- Anyone who has joined the church recently (or not so recently) and has never been to a New Member Dinner is invited. Eat with our pastor and his family in the fellowship hall after the morning church service and then take a tour of your new church facilities. It is such a joy for God to send new families to Heritage Baptist Church and we want to welcome you to your new church home!

December 5-8, 2010- Evangelist Brian McBride and family. Get ready for some of the best preaching in America. The McBride and the Pitt family will be singing in every service!

December 22, 2010- Christmas Tree Night- The Wednesday before Christmas is a special time for everyone when we have singing, preaching, and the Christmas Tree! Any one who wants to bring a present for someone at the church does so on this night. The greatest gift ever given was God giving His Son Jesus to die for us. We also give gifts out of love not expecting anything in return. This is our own church family Christmas.
